If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
ALL SOFTWARE, ALGORITHMS, DECISION ENGINES, DATASETS, AND SOURCE CODE ARE PROPRIETARY PROPERTY.
The entire Veterans Claims Guide platform—including its 14 Title 38 CFR Part 4 decision engines, VECTOR AI Chat logic, MOS/Rate toxic exposure cross-reference matrix, DOT Hazmat UN chemical mapping dataset, July 29, 2026 financial relief estimator, user interfaces, branding, and proprietary algorithms—is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Prohibited Actions: Reverse engineering, decompiling, scraping, automated data mining, reproducing, reselling, or creating derivative works of any platform software or datasets is strictly prohibited without explicit written authorization.
Legal Enforcement: Any unauthorized duplication, redistribution, or commercial exploitation will result in immediate termination of access, civil litigation, and pursuit of statutory damages.

3. NO FORMAL ATTORNEY OR VA REPRESENTATIVE RELATIONSHIP
Use of this platform does not establish an attorney-client or accredited VSO representative relationship. Generated Independent Medical Opinion (IMO) nexus rationales, pre-filled VA forms (VA Form 21-526EZ), and financial relief calculations are provided for informational preparation. Veterans are encouraged to submit final claims through an accredited VSO, claims agent, or attorney.
4. USER CONDUCT & SECURITY
Users must not attempt to breach security controls, impersonate administrative personnel, or access restricted endpoints (`/file-manager` / `/api/v1/files/*`) without proper role authorization. Administrative access is strictly restricted (`X-User-Role: admin`).
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Veterans Claims Guide shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from VA adjudication delays, claim denials, or third-party service interruptions.
